About Walk with Each Other:
Since its inception, Walk with Each Other has become a cherished tradition that brings together individuals from all walks of life. As we lace up our sneakers for a leisurely stroll on our property, we also walk side by side celebrating friendship and inclusion, and showing our commitment to a stronger, more connected community.
Event Details:
Date and Time: The walk will commence at 10:30 AM, registration at 9:30 AM.
Location: We are thrilled to host the event at the Gathering Place, located at 4448 Col. Talbot Rd. The tranquil surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for our shared journey.
Cause: This year’s Walk with Each Other is dedicated to raising funds to support the vibrant programs and services of L’Arche London.
Currently in the City of London there are 800+ individuals with intellectual disabilities on the waiting list for Community Participation programming. Our programs include art classes, music classes/events, line dancing, Jazzercise, drama, adaptive cooking, and exciting programs for youth who are transitioning from high school to adulthood. Whether on Zoom or face to face, L’Arche London currently serves 180+ people weekly in our city.
Your participation directly supports L’Arche London.
